The Biohacker’s Handbook is offering a complimentary sleep chapter. It is wonderfully concise and loaded with all the latest tips and tools to help you get better rest. I have recommended this chapter to multiple people who suffer from insomnia as it dives deep and explains concepts that would be hard to piece together from surfing biohacking sites. It would also be an excellent read for anyone who is seeking to improve their quality of sleep.
The biohackers bedroom layout is an excellent example of how clearly each tool and trick is explained. There is also a Bonus Materials section on sleep which I strongly encourage you to check out.
