Interested in seeing how your physical and mental performance changes while in ketosis? @ketocoder has summarized his first month of keto. He is a London based programmer who is tracking his ketosis journey by recording and sharing just about everything. Here is a list of what ketocoder has been tracking:
- productivity
- blood glucose
- blood ketones
- sleep
- diet {calories and macros}
- body {weight, fat, muscle, BMI, dimensions}
- exercise
- resting heart rate
- adding in hydration, supplements and heart rate variability
Ketocoder had hopes of kicking mental fatigue, losing weight and muscle gains. His first month showed very little change in any of those despite his meticulous adherence to the diet and healthy oriented practices.
