The next version of CircuitPython is getting closer to release with the CircuitPython 2.0 RC2 release that’s available now.  Grab the binaries from the releases page on GitHub and flash them to your board to check out the 2.0 release.  In this release some of the major changes are a snap to the later MicroPython 1.9 codebase, an audiobus interface for recording audio, more support for external filesystems on SD cards, and other small fixes.  The release notes have all the details of what’s new.
